Clevertouch completes a 12,400 sq ft workspace in 15 weeks with Oktra

Oktra was engaged by Clevertouch, a technology company, to design and fit out a new 12,400 sq ft workspace. The challenge was to unify three separate teams into a single location and create an environment that better showcased the Clevertouch brand identity, moving away from a standard showroom warehouse.

Oktra’s solution involved a collaborative workshop that reimagined the original brief, resulting in a design featuring a double-height breakout entrance, a mezzanine, and dedicated wellbeing and team support spaces. The vendor also supplied booths and desks to tailor the environment. The transformed space successfully fosters cross-team collaboration and focus work, with the client reporting that the outcome exceeded expectations and that their team loves and is proud of the new office. Oktra delivered the project in 15 weeks.
