The British Board of Agrément (BBA) needed to relocate its office to a new site that would support a modernized and flexible way of working. The certification body wanted to inspire its teams, host clients proudly, and fully embrace a new hybrid working culture. They engaged the vendor, Oktra, for an office fit out to achieve this transformation.

Oktra designed and delivered an 8,000 sq ft agile workspace for the BBA over a 10-week period. The solution included a variety of flexible workstations, collaborative and quiet zones, tech-enabled meeting rooms, and a multi-functional social hub. A key feature was the extensive use of sustainable materials from BBA clients, which were incorporated into the design. This new office environment successfully changed the way the BBA works, promoting better productivity, teamwork, and innovation.
