Their challenge was to design an environment that was both an exciting reflection of their brand and a functional tool for engagement. Oktra designed a tech-led and experiential workspace for Auto Trader, featuring cutting-edge audio-visual solutions for media production, unique brand installations, and a variety of collaborative and focused work settings. The solution included acoustic treatments, a curved digital display, and an art installation made from staff-voted model cars. The new office successfully positions Auto Trader as a forward-thinking business, enhances employee wellbeing with amenities like personal lockers, and provides the flexibility to adapt to evolving operational needs.
