Arini, an alternative asset management firm, was moving out of a shared office and faced the challenge of creating its first branded workspace. Oktra designed and implemented a 6,400 sq ft office that incorporated Arini's unique branding, inspired by parrots, into a light and minimalistic aesthetic. The solution included flexible furniture, open plan desking with specialized power solutions for traders, quiet booths, and private offices, all designed to accommodate an expansion of 20 more employees. The result was a sophisticated and homely environment that strengthened Arini's connection with employees and provided an elegant space to host clients. The project was completed by Oktra in just nine weeks.
