Oktra was engaged by Akoya, a property company focused on repurposing buildings in emerging London neighbourhoods. Their challenge was to transform an unoccupied and dated office floor at Knollys and Stephenson House into a high-end, contemporary, and rentable workspace to attract creative industry tenants. Akoya utilized Oktra's Built to Lease solution for this project.

Oktra delivered a comprehensive fit out, completing 6,400 sq ft of Cat A work and 2,700 sq ft of Cat B fit out as a test suite. The solution created a vibrant, people-centric workspace featuring biophilic design, flexible social areas, and a mix of work settings to promote wellbeing and community. This project successfully breathed new life into the building, maximizing its rentability and realizing Akoya's vision for a stylish, tenant-ready office hub in an up-and-coming area.
