A private hedge fund manager approached Oktra for a Cat B fit out as they neared their office lease expiry. Their challenge was to create a new London workspace that incorporated calming, domestic design elements to promote employee wellbeing, while also being an impressive, modern, and timeless environment.

Oktra designed and delivered an 18,500 sq ft, three-floor workspace featuring cellular offices, open plan desking, and numerous meeting rooms. The solution included a Scandinavian color palette, soothing finishes, and a signature feature staircase for connectivity and drama. The design, which is in the process of being certified to the WELL standard, was crafted to support the client's health and wellbeing goals and to grow with the company.
