The solution from Oktra involved collaborative workshops and real-time 3D modelling to develop a functional workspace featuring a secure ARC with separate services and an uninterrupted, attack-resistant perimeter. The resulting office offers an open plan layout with breakout areas, maximizes natural light, and successfully integrates the specialist facility.
