With Okta, including Okta Single Sign-On and Workforce Identity, Wyndham aimed to create a seamless, secure digital experience across its workforce, franchisees, and loyalty members.
Okta implemented a cloud-based identity platform covering employee access, franchisee systems, and customer logins, with SSO, Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, Okta Access Gateway, Okta Workflows, and Auth0. The results were significant: 40% SSO adoption within 90 days, 75% higher staff operations efficiency for franchisees, 85% lower development labor costs, 100% faster access removal with Okta SSO, and 50% shorter audit completion time with Okta Identity Governance.
