Verisk Analytics builds a consistent, unified customer experience with Okta

Verisk Analytics, a member company of Verisk, needed a more connected identity and customer experience as it modernized its cloud-based ecosystem and integrated a growing number of products and subsystems. Working with Okta, the company aimed to simplify registrations, sign-ins, password resets, and access across its workforce and customer-facing applications while keeping the experience consistent and on-brand.

Okta helped Verisk standardize identity across the environment with Single Sign-On, API Access Management, SDKs, APIs, Automations, Hooks, and the customizable Sign-On widget. The results included 500,000 users live in production by the end of 2020, 500 internal applications protected by SSO, and 120 customer-facing applications integrated across 22 subsystems, creating a reusable template for other Verisk member companies.
