To unify access and improve security, RBFA turned to Okta, using its identity and access management platform to support both customer and workforce needs.
Okta helped RBFA consolidate user identities and launch a single portal, E-Kickoff, that now gives fans and stakeholders access to all RBFA services through Single Sign-On. In less than four months, 700,000 customer identities were migrated without password changes, 12 applications were consolidated into one login portal, and 600 employees began using SSO for business-critical apps—improving user experience, productivity, security, and enabling more targeted, data-driven engagement.
