NAF, a membership-focused organization, was seeing growing demand and needed a better way to manage logins across its digital services. Its developers evaluated several identity-as-a-service options and chose Okta’s Auth0 platform to centralize authentication and simplify access for members using both the main site and the membership app.
Okta implemented Auth0 with an automatic migration approach, starting with the membership app and then expanding to other applications. The result was seamless single sign-on across NAF’s services, so members no longer needed separate passwords or repeated logins. NAF also used Auth0 Actions to add member metadata and improve the user experience, making it easier for users to move between services and access relevant content quickly.
