Moneyfarm modernizes application and increases developer agility

MoneyFarm, a financial services company with a team of about 30 developers, needed a secure, GDPR-compliant authentication solution that would let its engineers stay focused on core product development instead of building and maintaining features like MFA and Brute-Force Protection. Using Okta’s Auth0, MoneyFarm aimed to speed up application modernization and improve developer agility.

Okta’s Auth0 handled the heavy lifting for authentication and security, effectively saving MoneyFarm the work of five to seven developers. The solution also reduced user-unlock support from about five minutes per case to just seconds, eliminating 10 to 15 support tickets per week and letting the team unblock users through the CIC interface without editing the database directly.
