Transavia, the low-cost airline subsidiary of the KLM-Air France group, needed a way to onboard seasonal staff quickly while keeping access simple and secure for its 2,000 employees and contractors. As demand surged during peak travel periods, Transavia turned to Okta Workforce Identity to support fast, flexible access across its cabin crew, ground staff, and IT teams.

With help from Okta and implementation partners Mobiapps and Point Base, Transavia streamlined onboarding and offboarding and integrated 50 applications with single sign-on. The result was secure, customized access for on-the-ground and in-flight workers, plus the elimination of three weeks of manual onboarding tasks during summer 2021, helping Transavia scale more efficiently as it grew.
