With Okta, Kiwi.com consolidated identity management, streamlined employee app access, and automated onboarding and offboarding through HR-driven workflows. The results were substantial: 2,932 hours saved annually on password resets, 1,209 hours saved on provisioning tasks, 288 hours saved on security patching, and a 50% reduction in MFA prompts that increased employee productivity by 2,354 hours per year. Okta also helped Kiwi.com launch its first five apps in about three to four months and reduce standard provisioning requests by 70%.
