Cuebiq Builds a Strong, Scalable Foundation with Okta

Cuebiq, a consumer insights and measurement company, was growing quickly and needed a way to scale its cloud-based IT environment without sacrificing security or employee usability. With disparate apps and a manual provisioning process, Cuebiq turned to Okta to create a centralized identity foundation using Universal Directory, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Lifecycle Management.

Okta helped Cuebiq integrate and secure its workforce environment, connecting major apps like G Suite and AWS and automating access management through HR-driven provisioning. The results were significant: Cuebiq integrated about 15 apps in just a few months, can now add a new app in less than an hour, and has improved productivity, reduced IT workload, and strengthened security across its more than 100 integrated apps and 4 locations.
