Using Okta Workflows and the Okta Customer First team, Chipotle automated identity processes end to end—automatically deleting deactivated users after set periods, removing manual programming for custom HTML emails, provisioning new hires with accounts, passwords and access on day one, and provisioning on‑prem servers across a hybrid tech stack.
