Delivery Hero, the Berlin-based global food delivery company operating in around 50 countries, needed a more intuitive and cost-effective identity and access management solution to replace a clunky system that caused manual lockouts and slowed productivity. Okta implemented a smooth migration and enabled Single Sign-On across Delivery Hero’s environment, onboarding 193 apps and bringing 48,000 users onto Okta. The result was stronger security and governance, easier access for employees, and major productivity gains, including 28,800 hours saved by eliminating outages and manual access work.
