Aircall, a cloud telephony provider that nearly doubled its workforce as it expanded internationally, needed a stronger identity and access management approach to reduce phishing and password risks while easing IT and HR workloads. The company turned to Okta and its IAM platform to better control the employee account lifecycle and support fast-growing operations.

Using Okta, Aircall integrated HR and IT systems, automated onboarding and offboarding, and connected 35 applications with SSO and MFA, with about 90% using pre-built integrations. The results included at least one day of IT work saved each month, faster access for new hires, reduced security errors, and a quicker time to provision new tools—showing how Okta helped make Aircall’s access management more reliable and scalable.
