K9 Ballistics, a North American pet brand known for its long-lasting dog beds, needed a better way to help shoppers choose the right product and manage reviews more easily. With Okendo, K9 Ballistics launched a dog bed quiz, collected richer customer attributes in reviews, and used survey and review data to power personalized campaigns in Klaviyo, Meta Shops, Google Shopping, and Shop App. The results were strong: quiz visitors converted at 13%, nearly 4x the site average, reviews influenced 22% of revenue, and shoppers who viewed reviews converted at a 594% higher rate than those who did not.
