Nimble Activewear, an APAC apparel brand focused on stylish, sustainable activewear, wanted to improve the performance of its abandoned cart emails. The team knew that user-generated content and social proof were important for converting intent-ready shoppers, but its existing cart abandonment campaign was not delivering the results they expected.
Using Okendo’s Reviews product with the Okendo-Klaviyo integration, Nimble Activewear automatically added star ratings and review snippets to abandoned cart email flows. Okendo helped the brand run a split test across email variations, and the version with review snippets produced a 6% higher click-through rate, contributing to a 74% relative increase in click-through rate and a 16% increase in average revenue per recipient.
