Using Okendo Loyalty, NEIWAI launched a rewards program with points, referrals, VIP perks, and recurring monthly campaigns to encourage repeat buying in a way that protected margins. The results were strong: Okendo helped generate $260,796 in incremental revenue, deliver 1,122% ROI, and attribute 17.19% of total company revenue to loyalty members and their orders. Loyalty members also had a 6.17% higher AOV and were 113% more likely to place 2+ orders than non-members.
