A Okendo Case Study
Dixxon, an apparel brand with a cult-like following for its premium flannels and limited-edition collaborations, needed a scalable retention engine that could reward loyalty while recognizing long-time customers for past purchases. Its previous loyalty solution couldn’t keep up with order volume or account for historical purchases, creating friction for both the internal team and loyal shoppers. Okendo Loyalty was the product used to solve this challenge.
Okendo implemented a custom tiered loyalty program with exclusive, product-based rewards aligned to Dixxon’s brand, and launched retroactive points for past purchases to drive immediate adoption. The results were substantial: Dixxon generated $21.6M in incremental revenue, achieved an 880.33% ROI, and attributed 32.36% of total company revenue to loyalty members and their orders.
