Copper Cow Coffee, a North America-based food and beverage brand known for Vietnamese pour-over coffees, wanted a better way to educate U.S. shoppers about its unique products and reduce customer service questions. The company had been using Shopify’s native reviews app, but needed more customization and stronger integrations to collect useful customer feedback and social proof.
Okendo helped Copper Cow Coffee implement Reviews with Klaviyo and Zendesk integrations, enabling automated review requests 1–2 weeks after delivery, attribute-based review collection, and support ticket creation for 3-star-or-lower reviews. As a result, Copper Cow generated over $31,105 in coupon-driven revenue in 2021 and achieved a 20.26% review rate, while also gathering insights to inform product development.
