The company had been using Shopify’s native reviews app, but needed more customization and stronger integrations to collect useful customer feedback and social proof.

Okendo helped Copper Cow Coffee implement Reviews with Klaviyo and Zendesk integrations, enabling automated review requests 1–2 weeks after delivery, attribute-based review collection, and support ticket creation for 3-star-or-lower reviews.
