How NOBULL Doubled Repeat Purchases with Okendo Loyalty

NOBULL, the training apparel and health & wellness brand, wanted to deepen community and build brand loyalty as it scaled its DTC business—without relying on discounts. To support sustainable ecommerce growth, NOBULL turned to Okendo and its Loyalty product to encourage repeat purchases, higher order values, and stronger customer engagement.

Okendo implemented a native, tiered loyalty program in January 2025 that rewarded purchases, referrals, and engagement milestones, while also connecting partner benefits and community perks into one experience. The results were strong: repeat purchases increased to 32.2% among loyalty members versus 14.9% for non-members, and average order value rose to $130.17 from $119.35, a 9.07% uplift.
