How SABO Built their Dream Loyalty Program with Okendo

SABO, an Australian apparel brand known for its feminine, vacation-ready styles, had a strong customer base but no formal rewards program to recognize loyalty. The brand wanted a premium loyalty experience that matched its aesthetic and integrated seamlessly with Klaviyo to support personalized retention marketing.

Working with Okendo and agency partner Andzen, SABO launched Sabo Resort, a customized tiered, points-based loyalty program powered by Okendo Loyalty. The program rewarded purchases, reviews, and social engagement, and drove personalized Klaviyo flows; as a result, loyalty members were 5x more likely to repurchase, saw a 9.3% higher AOV, and SABO achieved an 11% increase in conversion rate.
