Manitobah, the Indigenous-rooted footwear and apparel brand based in Canada, needed a better way to organize and amplify the large volume of organic customer reviews, photos, and videos it was already receiving. Using Okendo’s reviews product, Manitobah wanted to improve product-page social proof, capture structured feedback like fit and warmth, and make review insights more useful across ecommerce and lifecycle marketing.
With Okendo, Manitobah added highly customizable review widgets to product pages, collected structured attributes for better analysis, and began automating post-purchase review requests via email and SMS. The results included over 5,000 reviews on a single product, 14% of revenue influenced by reviews, a 203% increase in conversion rate for shoppers who interact with reviews, and a 5.5% increase in AOV for those shoppers.
