The Barstool Store, the official retail arm of Barstool Sports, wanted a way to use reviews without letting them become a stage for attention or off-topic commentary. They needed a trusted way to validate real customer purchase decisions, especially for first-time buyers, while keeping feedback focused on product quality. Okendo’s Reviews product was the vendor used to address these concerns.

Okendo implemented a review system with moderation tools, including flagged-word filtering and verified-purchaser-only reviews, plus a Google Shopping integration to boost visibility and SEO.
