The customer's challenge was a multi-stage initiative that required highly reliable and expedient transportation to support its JIT production model, moving unfinished racks between vendors and to a construction site without storage facilities to avoid costly delays.

The solution involved OIA Global managing the complex transport, utilizing its advanced 3GTMS system and deep carrier network to identify and coordinate multiple flatbed trucks. Over the project's two phases, OIA Global successfully managed approximately 185 flatbed shipments, ensuring all deadlines were met to prevent idle labor costs and keep the customer's production schedule on track.
