TB Davies, a family-owned access-equipment supplier based in Cardiff with 25 employees, around 2,000 regular customers and some 800 stock lines, faced inefficiencies from an unsupported Sage 500 system that lacked CRM integration and adequate reporting. To address this, TB Davies partnered with OGL Computer and deployed the profiITplus ERP solution (installed in 2014) to standardise processes and improve visibility across the business.
OGL Computer implemented profiITplus with a Business Intelligence module and integrated CRM‑to‑accounts workflows, enabling self-service reporting, more accurate purchasing decisions and real‑time stock visibility. As a result TB Davies processes more orders per day, extended its despatch cut‑off to 5pm to offer next‑day delivery, reduced customer churn and improved sales and profitability — outcomes the company attributes directly to OGL Computer’s solution.
