prof.ITplus contributes to award nomination for UK distributor

TF Solutions, a UK air conditioning and refrigeration distributor with 43 staff across three sites, needed to replace two legacy systems with a single, user-friendly solution to improve data management, marketing and customer service. Working with vendor OGL Computer, they implemented the prof.ITplus system — in particular the CRM module — to centralize customer records, marketing activity and reporting.

OGL Computer configured prof.ITplus to match TF Solutions’ processes, integrated sales, marketing and service workflows, and provided training, consultancy and ongoing support. The change helped TF Solutions streamline operations, improve lead follow-up and analytics, achieve record-breaking sales and earn shortlisting at the National ACR Awards for ‘Wholesaler/Distributor of the Year’ and ‘Best Marketing Campaign’.
