Allfix, a Dorset‑based nationwide fastener and tools distributor with 36 employees, needed to speed up operations, improve order processing and strengthen cyber security as it expanded into new sales channels and defence contracts. To meet these challenges they partnered with OGL Computer and adopted the pro:ITplus system (including SalesVision and ROAD), later moving to a hosted/cloud deployment.
OGL Computer delivered pro:ITplus with integrated SalesVision and ROAD modules, hosted the solution in the cloud and supported Allfix’s CyberGuard security certification work, resulting in reduced duplicate administration, faster order processing, better sales visibility and the ability for reps to enter orders while on the road. The changes increased operational speed and performance, enabled flexible remote working and helped Allfix achieve recognised cyber security standards (via CyberGuard) to satisfy defence customers.
