Metalflex, a Warrington-based manufacturer of flexible stainless steel and hose assemblies with 14 employees and over 500 regular customers, needed a robust business system to streamline operations and support growth. In January 2015 Metalflex engaged OGL Computer to implement the prof.ITplus ERP solution to replace legacy processes and help “propel” the business to the next level.

OGL Computer delivered its structured implementation pathway for prof.ITplus — scoping, data mapping, 13 training sessions, five days of pre‑go‑live access and ongoing post‑go‑live support — led by dedicated consultants. The rollout was delivered on schedule, data transfer and go‑live were smooth with no reported issues, and Metalflex now reports strong confidence in the system and priority support from OGL Computer as it moves into the next stage of growth.
