Montrose Fasteners, a High Wycombe–based supplier of stainless steel fixings, tools, PPE and consumables with 51 employees, 1,500 customers, 18,000 stock lines, ~400 orders per day and annual turnover above £7m, needed an integrated, efficient system to support finance, purchasing, sales order processing and logistics across a lean team and to scale for growth and acquisitions. To address this they partnered with OGL Computer and deployed the prof.ITplus ERP solution.

OGL Computer implemented prof.ITplus company-wide, providing modular yet fully integrated capabilities—customer price structures, order and invoice history, automatic stock allocation/reservation, delivery notifications and full visibility of paperwork (picking notes). The result was improved customer service and productivity in billing and stock movement, freed-up resources for organic growth, and smoother integration of acquisitions; the system has supported Montrose for 15 years while handling their ~400 daily orders and sustaining their £7m+ turnover.
