Offsight Helps Cahill Contractors Build & Manage Their Bay Area Affordable Housing Projects

Cahill Contractors, a Bay Area general contractor, needed a better way to manage quality and documentation for its modular affordable housing projects as work moved from traditional onsite construction to offsite manufacturing. To support prototyping and full-scale production, Cahill used Offsight’s project management software to centralize information and coordinate offsite workflows.

Offsight helped Cahill track prototyping quality, production progress, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and factory-floor inspections with images, checklists, and annotated photos. The result was a consolidated hub for live QC data, better collaboration with the factory, and end-to-end traceability for each module, helping Cahill record, monitor, and close out deficiencies before final installation.
