Foothold Implements Offsight to Build a Foundation for Long Term Success

Foothold, a modular housing startup building environmentally sustainable homes in Butte, Montana, needed a way to organize factory assembly from the earliest prototyping stages while preparing for future growth. To support its mission of helping solve Montana’s affordable housing crisis, Foothold implemented Offsight’s Project Management Software and management tools to establish workflows, quality checklists, and product documentation from day one.

Using Offsight, Foothold tracked prototype progress with the mobile app, recorded non-conformances and design issues, and linked design files, RFIs, submittals, and assembly documents to each unit at the correct stage. As production scales, Foothold plans to use Offsight’s GANTT scheduling and multi-factory capabilities to monitor live progress, spot delays in real time, and manage multiple lines and factories with clear reporting for owners, inspectors, and executives.
