CNTNR, a leading commercial modular builder in North America, uses repurposed shipping containers for multifamily projects and operates across the U.S. and Canada, with factory operations in Monterrey, Mexico. Early in its prefab journey, CNTNR needed help with building code compliance, operating requirements, and setting up its factory for scalable production, so it partnered with Offsight and adopted Offsight’s technology along with its Solutions Engineering Service.
