Bonin Kaster Souder is a decade-old CPA firm in Eugene, Oregon, founded by Jessica Bonin, that provides tax, payroll and bookkeeping services. The firm struggled with time-consuming billing, invoicing and chasing late payments and wanted recurring payments built into its workflow, so it moved from QuickBooks to OfficeTools using Abacus Payment Exchange (APX) for integrated automated payments.
