OfficeSpace Software provided real-time data, dashboards, desk and room booking, and the Visual Directory to help PacificSource plan seating, track occupancy and vacancy, and guide employees through the new workplace model. The result was a seamless reentry and strong employee adoption, with about 60% of staff now on hybrid schedules and 100% buy-in across the organization. PacificSource also uses OfficeSpace Software reporting to make better long-term real estate and budgeting decisions.
