The platform helped simplify a key quality process by 60%, save more than €100,000 annually on a materials-handling change, cut human errors dramatically (reported 91% in safety-related initiatives), reduce recurring deviations and injuries, collect 1,000+ documented “wins,” and ultimately free up capacity to make millions more vaccines available worldwide.
