Office 365 ProPlus hybrid deployment helps Flex enhance global collaboration

Flex, a sketch-to-scale supply chain solutions company headquartered in San Jose with operations in 30+ countries and roughly 200,000 employees, needed a reliable, global productivity platform. With Exchange already migrated and SharePoint 2003 due for replacement, Flex chose to move 65,000 users to an Office 365 ProPlus hybrid deployment to provide employees with access to critical, real-time information anywhere.

Flex deployed Office 365 ProPlus and SharePoint Online in a hybrid model with close support from a Microsoft technical account manager. The rollout included localized onboarding materials and regional help-desk training, producing a smooth transition, strong user adoption, improved global collaboration, and positive feedback from Flex’s highly mobile workforce.
