Flex, a global sketch-to-scale solutions provider with about 200,000 employees across more than 30 countries, needed better ways to share knowledge and coordinate manufacturing, engineering, and supply-chain work across dispersed sites and factory floors. Flex moved to Microsoft Office 365—deploying Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 ProPlus, OneDrive, Yammer and hybrid integrations—to give employees secure, mobile access to tools, a searchable document management system, and custom apps like an ideation portal. The result was stronger global collaboration, higher employee engagement and idea sharing, faster access to subject-matter experts, improved customer onboarding and production coordination, and positive feedback companywide.
