Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) is a global network of agencies with roughly 38,000 specialists across 145 countries, where collaboration is core to delivering creative and media services. DAN deployed Microsoft 365 Enterprise—using Office 365 ProPlus, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power BI, Skype for Business, Yammer, and Enterprise Mobility + Security—to create a central collaboration hub and automate workflows. More than 31,000 employees now use the suite; Teams onboarded 600 people in three months and broke down silos, pitch prep dropped from three days to a single three-hour meeting, and media-buying report preparation across 14 countries is expected to fall by up to 60 percent, all while enabling secure file sharing and real-time coauthoring.
