Dayton Access Television (DATV) is a non-profit community television station in Dayton, OH, that relied on paper calendars for booking its editing suites and studios. The manual process forced staff to walk to centralized calendars to confirm or enter bookings, required members to come in person to sign up, created phone-tag inefficiencies, and made year‑end reporting a slow, manual tally across 6–8 calendars.
