TITUS, a leading skateboarding and streetwear retailer in Europe, wanted to improve its online shop as a discovery touchpoint and increase conversion for specialized, higher-priced products. To do so, it needed a more data-driven way to sort category lists and better match product recommendations to user interests and price sensitivity. The vendor was ODOSCOPE, and the solution used was its Shopware plugin and real-time list personalization platform.

ODOSCOPE connected TITUS to its platform to automate user-individual, real-time product list sorting based on situational and personal data, replacing manual “new products on top” rules. This enabled TITUS to test assortment variables such as price, availability, and discount, and to optimize list relevance for different shopping scenarios. The results included a +7.2% conversion rate uplift, +8.5% revenue growth, +2.83% list CTR, and +2.6% more page visits.
