How we worked with Parfums de Marly to launch their new fragrance

The luxury perfume brand Parfums de Marly sought to increase awareness and sales for its Delina fragrance by launching a product sampling campaign across the UK, USA, and Europe. The key objectives were to reach new customers and generate new leads. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Odore.

Odore implemented a solution that utilized Parfums de Marly's Instagram account and CRM database to re-target existing customers and reach new audiences. The campaign was managed through Odore's customizable survey interfaces, which also gathered valuable customer insights. The results were highly successful, with an 88% survey response rate. The campaign reached a significant new audience, with 66% of respondents being unfamiliar with the brand beforehand. Furthermore, 75% of customers rated the fragrance 5/5, and 79% stated they would purchase it.
