Valkenpower Automating with Odoo

Valkenpower is a family-owned machinery and tools importer based in Maasbracht, Netherlands, supplying its own brands across Europe for over 50 years. As the 25-person company grew, its patchwork of specialized software became hard to manage—Valkenpower needed an intuitive, single-platform ERP with integrated WMS, automated stock and customer updates, and support for drop-shipping to streamline operations and scale.

Working with an Odoo partner, Valkenpower implemented POS, Sales, Invoicing, CRM, Agenda and PLM to centralize sales, showroom payments, web orders and product workflows. Odoo automated invoicing and DHL label generation, improved daily planning via Agenda, and brought full visibility to product ordering and packaging with PLM; after six months the team saved time, improved coordination, and is now preparing to move to Odoo 13, migrate their website into Odoo and add Field Service for installers.
