UK Oak Doors, an online door retailer selling through its own website as well as Amazon and eBay, initially wanted to use Odoo just for helpdesk management. However, they needed a better way to connect sales, support, and stock operations across multiple systems, and their old setup had hidden inventory issues.

Working with Odoo through Target Integration, UK Oak Doors replaced several business systems and consolidated everything into Odoo, including integration with their Asterisk-based PBX for sales and helpdesk calls. The new setup also integrated stock management and uncovered about £20k of previously unaccounted-for inventory in the warehouse, delivering a clear financial and operational benefit.
