Bertinchamps is a family-run brewery in Belgium that scaled quickly to about 1 million bottles in three years but was still running most operations on paper. This created lost orders, inconsistent practices across employees, no consolidated customer data, poor sales visibility, and unreliable reporting and forecasts.
To fix this they implemented Odoo CRM, Sales, Invoicing and Inventory, moving to an integrated online system. The solution—rolled out quickly—lets sales enter orders directly, gives managers real-time visibility into activities and targets, and produces accurate reports for forecasting; the brewery now uses Odoo daily to streamline order processing, improve sales performance tracking, and plan production (for example revealing the seasonality of their grapefruit beer).
