Healey Green is a Melbourne-based online retailer of garden machinery (mowers, chainsaws, augers, etc.) founded to offer affordable, direct-to-consumer alternatives to big retailers. With fewer than five employees, the startup faced a critical challenge: no single, integrated system to manage the entire sales and fulfillment cycle — from eCommerce and inventory to payments, shipping and auditable accounting — making it impossible to run the business efficiently with limited staff.
Healey Green implemented Odoo Enterprise (eCommerce, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, Marketing Automation, Purchases and collaboration apps) in a three-month rollout to automate the full order-to-cash and fulfillment process. The result is a single-platform eShop with real-time stock updates, automated order/payment/shipping workflows, customer portals and consolidated accounting — giving the team complete visibility and allowing them to focus on growing the business rather than managing disconnected systems.
