Stepcraft is a U.S. branch of an international maker of desktop to production-grade CNC machines used by hobbyists, schools, small businesses and industry. Rapid growth since launching in 2014 left the company with hundreds of SKUs, no reliable inventory control, a slow WordPress-based CRM/website, and disparate tools (including Zoho) that didn’t integrate — they needed an affordable ERP to centralize operations.

Stepcraft implemented Odoo apps (Website, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Helpdesk, Repairs, Accounting, etc.), custom‑tuned the site, and moved all core functions onto one platform. The integrated system eliminated duplicate data, cut inventory and fulfillment errors, streamlined repairs and support, optimized weekly man‑hours, and delivered consistent uptime, allowing the company to run almost entirely without external software.
